Refund Policy

  1. Bookings and payment fees
    • Payment must be made prior to the activity taking place
    • Any number or series of bookings may be made. Full payment must be made in advance of the first booked date or as per the agreed schedule.
  2. Cancellation by the hirer
    • Casual or one-off bookings not taken up by, or cancelled, less than 24 hours before any booked period must be paid in full the by the hirer. If payment has already been made it is non-refundable
  3. Cancellation by the manager
    • The manager reserves the right to refuse any application or terminate any booking. Only monies paid in respect of a booking so terminated will be refunded and Shepway Leisure accepts no liability for any other expenditure incurred or loss sustained directly or indirectly by the hirer arising from such cancellation
