Walking for healthActive 50
We are delighted to be working with Crosskeys Coaches, who are supporting our Walking for Health group for the over 50 age group. Walking for Health is a free and enjoyable way to improve health and wellness, as well as meeting new friends and exploring our beautiful region. Come along and join us for our free walks every Monday! Walks will leave from Three Hills Sports Park most weeks, with alternate weeks seeing Crosskeys Coaches take our walkers to a range of amazing locations to start the walks.
